Gatchinskiy Palace
It was founded 1766, may 30 for Empress' favourite Count G.G. Orlov (architect A. Rinaldi).
While belonging
to Emperor Paul the palace was reconstructed by the favourite Paul's architect - V. Brenna.
In the middle of the XIX century Gatchinskiy Palace was rebuilt for the last time - the wings became two-storied and main tower got one more storey too.
